Asbestos Testing & Inspection is an inspection-only asbestos testing company serving Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. We provide asbestos inspections, bulk sampling, and reporting for residential and commercial properties where asbestos may be present due to building age or planned renovation or demolition work.
We do not perform asbestos removal or abatement. Our role is limited to inspection, testing, and documentation so findings remain independent, factual, and free from remediation sales pressure.

All asbestos inspections are performed by Frank Masoud, a State of Illinois Licensed Asbestos Inspector. Frank is responsible for inspection procedures, bulk sampling, documentation, and final reporting to ensure results are accurate, compliant, and defensible for renovation, demolition, permitting, and real estate needs.
